My Famous and Fabulous Meatball Recipe
Howdy! Sorry I kept forgetting to post this after promising to write it out. Now, please keep in mind that I don't actually use measurements when I make meatballs, so the second time you make them you may want to do some tweaking according to your own tastes. But here goes: Make the sauce in a crock pot first, so that when the meatballs come out of the oven they will go directly into hot sauce. Haven't written in a while!
I've been back from Boston for a week, but have been extremely busy! That's a good thing, though -- attending networking events, preparing for the Open House next Saturday, and helping people get their Christmas and Spring Break cruises booked. I came home absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes, and a week later I can't get the torture to stop! Cortisone creams aren't working, a hot bath didn't help -- I don't know what to do about it.
