Pictures? Pictures!
Well, I'm disappointed with the quality, but these pics will give you a glimpse of the fun you can have even on a short Caribbean cruise! People there is no excuse for being miserable -- get away from the cold! Get away from worry! Get away from work, work, work 24/7!
Think your budget is too small? HA! Think you don't have time? Think again! Think they can't get along without you? Get over yourself! Now is the time for YOU and the warm, warm, warm, soothing Caribbean Sea...
Miami Beach -- the perfect place to start! It's fun, it's pretty, it's exciting -- and it's just a short drive to DFW away. Pack a swimsuit, some shorts, a cute little skirt (OK, pants for you guys), some tops and sandals and you're good to go.
Next stop -- the Celebrity Century. Drop your convertible downtown and shuttle over to the Port of Miami to board your floating hotel to Paradise. You've never seen a more streamlined boarding process -- you'll be snacking on shrimp and sipping champagne before you even have your passport put away.
Oh, no! My fabulous sunset shot did not come through -- OK, you'll have to use your imagination: picture the most riotous burst of surreal color you have ever seen; psychedelic oranges, reds, blues, and turquoises painting your world as you glide out of the city and into the endless deep blue sea...
After a relaxing day at sea doing whatever the heck you darn-well please (lounging at the pool with a book is pretty good), get ready to party-on in lush, tropical Jamaica, mon! Ha -- even if you never heard of Bob Marley and think reggae is some kind of exotic seafood sauce, you'll be swaying to the island beat and nodding to the rhythmic dialect (ya, mon) like a native. Jamaica is the Caribbean island of dreams and Hollywood movies -- but the palm trees and margaritas are for real, ya mon.
Next up is Grand Cayman, and I swear the happiest people in the world are in Stingray City!
Bearing every scar of every hurricane that ever rumbled across the Caribbean, Grand Cayman wisely secures her treasures beneath the sea -- at the Coral Gardens, the Cayman Reef, and Stingray City. Whatever you do, find a way to get out in, on, or over the water during your day here.
Another relaxing sea day brings you back to Miami -- enjoy some gambling, a massage, gourmet wine tasting, or go ahead and finish that book (or all of the above).
Well, there's lots more -- many possibilities for making your venture to paradise all your own... (call me)
