Land Package Client Review
Everyone's looking for the best deals at the hottest destinations, and I just got the latest scoop on one of them from a newly-returned, very satisfied client:
She got a great vacation package from American Express Vacations, and first of all she was impressed with the document case that she received. So many companies now are going "paperless" (which just means that the customer has to use his or her own ink and paper) it was refreshing to get a lovely case with compartments for organizing all her vouchers, passports, itinerary, a pen, and such. It also came with really nice luggage tags.
Her package included air to Montego Bay, Jamaica; transfers; a 5-night all-inclusive stay at SuperClubs' Grand Lido Braco; and all taxes and gratuities. Basically, once she got checked in at the airport she didn't have to lift a finger!
I had recommended the property because of the great experience I had there myself, and she was not disappointed -- said it was the best resort they ever stayed at! I think she and her companion had been to Jamaica for a day once on a cruise, and didn't come away with the best impression of the country. So she had started off a bit skeptical about it -- but today she couldn't say enough about how wonderful the people were and what excellent service they received and how lovely everything was.
Of course it's a gorgeous resort on a beautiful beach with wonderful accommodations, but they offer so much more! There are top-quality upscale restaurants, excellent food in all the dining venues, music, activities, swimming pool, spa ... the amenities just go on and on, and my client loved every minute of it!
She gave me a heads-up on some changes that SuperClubs is implementing on November 1st -- all of their properties are going to be marketed under their "Breezes" brand. Some of the services and amenities are going to change, so I'll find out more about the changes and keep everyone posted as to what they can expect in the future.
