It's too bad there are so many travel agencies out there that use high-pressure tactics or sell out their contacts. A potential happy cruiser requested a quote on one of the specials on our website, but left us no way to contact him/her -- I'm guessing because of a previous bad experience with one of those "website agencies."

We here at our independent Cruise Planners office, and at the franchise headquarters, will NEVER sell or give someone's contact information to anybody else: ever. period.
We are dedicated to service and ensuring a smooth sailing travel experience, so we will follow up, but only on a reasonable basis. Further contact is up to the potential happy cruiser -- he/she can choose to "opt-in" for more information or to receive notices of specials -- or not.
