Bargain Alert!

October 4th 2011

With Christmas and New Year's falling on Sundays this year, some of the cruise lines with regular 7-night Sunday-to Sunday cruise routes have changed up their normal itineraries to encompass both holidays.  That means they have to work in a shorter cruise somewhere along the way to get back on the regular rotation.

Luckily for you, these altered routes give you the perfect opportunity to enjoy a winter cruise get-away at a bargain fare!

For example: a lot of people have been interested in trying out one of Royal Caribbean's new "world's largest cruise ships" and maybe balked at the premium prices -- but on January 3rd, you can take advantage of a special 5-night adjustment itinerary on the Allure of the Seas for as low as $1008.93 a person!  Click here for the complete detail sheet that includes deck plan links so you can see cabin locations and everything there is to enjoy aboard this revolutionary vessel.

Holland America is another line offering these schedule-adjustment cruises, and the 6-night Nieuw Amsterdam voyage on January 2nd out of Ft. Lauderdale is particularly nice -- click here for the detail sheet.  I sailed the Nieuw Amsterdam on my Greek Isles cruise this year, and I can tell you that she's an absolutely stunning ship -- and with the free upgrade from oceanview to verandah and the $75 shipboard credit it's an amazing deal you should take advantage of.

And we can't forget our local favorites:

** The Mariner of the Seas has a nicely-priced 6-night adjustment cruise going out of Galveston on January 2nd -- click here for the detail sheet.

** The brand-new Carnival Magic has a 6-nighter sailing on December 26th so you still get the advantage of spending New Year's Eve onboard for a spectacular celebration!  Click here for the detail sheet. This one is perfect for families with kids who have to be back in school on the 2nd.

Call right away for more information and to get the best cabin available...
